All KGKG products are made-to-order. Production typically takes 5โ7 business days, and shipping times vary based on location. Youโll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because each item is custom-made, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Buyerโs remorse
- Incorrect color/style ordered

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
To submit a replacement request, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A photo of the garment tag
- A full photo of the item laid flat
