When will my order ship?

All KGKG products are made-to-order. Production typically takes 5โ€“7 business days, and shipping times vary based on location. Youโ€™ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Because each item is custom-made, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Buyerโ€™s remorse
  • Incorrect color/style ordered

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.

To submit a replacement request, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A photo of the garment tag
  • A full photo of the item laid flat

Most of our products use standard unisex sizing. If you prefer a relaxed or oversized fit, we recommend sizing up.
