Refund policy

🚫 KGKG APPAREL – Return & Refund Policy

At KGKG Apparel, every item is custom-made to order. Because each product is produced individually after your order is placed, all sales are final. Please review product details, colors, and sizing carefully before placing your order.

📦 All Sales Are Final (No Returns or Exchanges)

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect color or style ordered
  • Customer errors during checkout
  • Sale items or gift cards

Each product is made specifically for you — so we are unable to resell or restock returned items.

✔️ Replacement Policy (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)

We will gladly replace an item only if:

  • It arrives damaged,
  • It arrives defective, or
  • You receive the incorrect item.

To qualify for a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the issue
  3. A photo of the garment tag
  4. A photo of the full item laid flat

Our team will review your claim and, if approved, a replacement will be issued at no cost to you.

⏱️ Time Window for Claims

Claims for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Claims submitted after 7 days may not qualify for replacement.

🚚 Orders Lost in Transit

If your order is lost during shipping:

  • We will file a claim with the carrier
  • A replacement may be provided once the carrier confirms the loss
